Triazzle "Classic" Returns with a Sibling - Triazzle Kids
After several years with just a few Triazzle puzzles on the market, a new collection of the the original 16-piece puzzles will be arriving to brick-and-mortar and online retailers this Spring. The first three puzzles shown here at Triazzle.com are redesigns of some of the most popular (original) themes: poison arrow frogs, tropical fish and space fantasy. I have recreated them all with new [what sort of ?] ideas, so while they may invoke a sense of nostalgia, they are new and better than ever. (many changes in this para.)
A week rarely passes when someone doesn't write to me asking where they can purchase these beloved brain teasers. So it gives me great pleasure to finally announce that Triazzle will once again be available at a store near you. Over the coming months and years I plan to expand the line to include a greater range of subjects and formats. One of these will be a Super Triazzle with 25 pieces! (lots of changes)
During the 1990's, when Triazzle was in its heyday and sold millions of copies around the world, there were numerous sizes and formats including Triazzle Junior, Star Triazzle, Master Triazzle, Tiny Triazzle and Travel Triazzle. For the 2011 release I am premiering a brand new variation designed for children ages 2 and up called Triazzle Kids! This puzzle is a simple brain teaser that uses the Triazzle-style format, but on a simple level that very young children can solve. And, I have developed a whole new illustration style reminiscent of paper collage expressly for these puzzles. I hope you like it! Now even the littlest ones can play Triazzle and say, as my daughter did about 19 years ago, "I did it!"
